ተደራሽ የገንዘብ ቁጠባና ብድር ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የህብረት ስራ ማኅበር በኢትዮጵያ የህብረት ሥራ ማደራጃ አዋጅ ቁጥር 147/91 እና በማሻሻያ አዋጅ ቁጥር 985/2009 ሐምሌ 02/2009 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ አራዳ ክ/ከተማ በአቶ አለማየሁ ታመነ መስራችነት እና 24 መስራች አባላት (ወንድ 15 እና ሴት 9) ተመሰረተ. ተደራሽ በህግ ታውቆ በምዝገባ ቁጥር አራ/1/1/718/2010 ህዳር 14/2010 ዓ.ም ህጋዊ ሰውነት ማረጋገጨ ያገኘ ሲሆን በመደጋገፍ ላይ የተመሰረተ ህብረት በመፍጠር ገንዘብን፣ ዕውቀትን፣ ሀብትና ጉልበትን በማስተባበር በግል ሊወጣ የማይቻል ማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ችግሮችን በተባበረ ክንድ መፍታት እና የማህበረሰብን አቅም ያገነዘበ የቁጠባ ባህል፤ ተመጣጣኝ ብድር ወለድ አገልግሎትና እጣ ግዥ ስርዓት ዘርግተው እየሰራ ያለ ኢኮኖሚ እድገት ተኮር ማህበረሰብ አቀፍ የፋይናንስ ተቋም ነው፡፡
Tederash SACCOS (LTD) is a saving and credit cooperative established on July 2, 2009 E.C in Addis Ababa Arada Sub city by Alemayehu Tamene, founder and 24 founding members (Male 15 and Female 9) of the Ethiopian Cooperative Proclamation No. 147/91 and Amendment Proclamation No. 985/2009.
Tederash received legally recognized certificate by Registration No. A/1/1/718/2010 on November 14, 2010 E.C and formed a cooperative to collectively overcome, withstand, and solve economic and social problems which members cannot individually achieve. It mainly focuses on the economical growth of community-based financial institutions by coordinating money, knowledge, resources, and labor and considering capacity of saving culture with a system of equitable loan interest rates and affordable shareholder participation.
